POWER MOVES (4-6 yrs. or white )

      Starting at Jhoon Bee

1.  Left foot forward “Tae” - High block (L) “Kwon” & High punch ( R ) “Do”

2.  Right foot forward “Tae” - High block “Kwon” & High Punch (L)  “Do”

3.  Left foot forward - Snap Kick (L) & 2 Hand Push  (Scream)

4.  Left foot backward - Low X Block

5.  Right foot backward - High X Block

6.  Left foot backward - Triple Middle Punch ( R ) “Tae Kwon Do”

7.  Back to Jhoon Bee “Power”

 

CONFIDENCE MOVES ( 4-6 yrs. or yellow)

     Starting at Jhoon Bee

1.  Turn sideways into punching position ( R)  “Tae”

2.  Step side kick with hands on side ( R) “Kwon”

3.  Step side kick “Do” and automatically turn with scream

4.  Snap kick (R ) & Fighting Stance “Tae”

5. Left foot forward - double palm X block chest high “Kwon”

6.  Left hand on top grabs - right hand to belt - palm strike (R ) “Do”

7.  Back to Jhoon Bee “Confidence”

 

PATIENCE MOVES (4-6 yrs or Orange)

      Starting at Jhoon Bee - Inhale with fists at belt, palms together and push forward

1. Left foot forward - push block (L) & (R ) stays the same

2.  Right foot forward - double palm strike (chest height)

3.  Snap Kick (L) & double neck chop with scream & automatically turn with hiss sound

4.  Back side kick (R ) & slowly double palm block high

5. Sweeping kick (Turn to the back with leg extended)

6.  Quickly step forward (R ) and chin strike scream

7.  Back into Jhoon Bee “Patience”
