By incorporating a strict code of discipline, perseverance, and integrity Tae Kwon Do promotes good health, benevolence, and self-confidence. Regardless of your current physical condition, age, or athletic background, Tae Kwon Do can improve your life.  The age of practicing students ranges from 4 to 70
